The Shorin-ryu Protocol: Technical Admissions & Karate Laboratory

Technical Admissions: Accessing the Shorin-ryu Protocol

The Shorin-ryu Protocol is not a generic fitness program. It is a specialized laboratory for adult practitioners dedicated to biomechanical precision, defensive agency, and the preservation of the Chibana-Nakazato lineage. Admission to the laboratory is conducted through three distinct technical tiers.

Tier 01: Group Technical Sessions

These sessions serve as the foundational entry point for the protocol. Practitioners focus on the mechanics of Kobayashi-te in a focused, collaborative environment.

  • Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 18:00 – 19:30
  • Location: The Shorin-ryu Protocol External Lab (Mt. Trashmore)

Tier 02: Semi-Private Calibration

Designed for small cohorts who require specific biomechanical adjustments. These sessions allow for a higher density of technical feedback and metabolic conditioning tailored to the individual’s current physical baseline.

Tier 03: Private Laboratory Diagnostics

The highest level of integration. One-on-one sessions with the Lead Curator focused on deep-tissue mechanics, skeletal alignment, and the advanced syllabus of the Shorin-ryu Protocol.

Technical Intake Phase

Initiate Your Technical Evaluation

To maintain the integrity of our training environment, all new practitioners must undergo a Phase 04 Intake Assessment. This diagnostic is conducted at our primary facility, Cova Karate.
