The Technical Syllabus: Archive Schedule

Training within the Shorin-ryu Protocol is divided into three distinct delivery methods: Archive Sessions (Group), Technical Audits (Private), and Stress-Testing Workshops.

01. Group Archive Sessions

Tuesday & Thursday | 19:00 - 20:30 (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)

These sessions serve as the primary laboratory for the Shorin-ryu Protocol. The curriculum covers the integration of Kihon (mechanical foundations), Kata (the technical blueprint), and Kobudo (weaponry integration). We utilize partner-based drills to stress-test biomechanical alignment and tactical intent in real-time.

02. Private Technical Audits

For professionals requiring a bespoke schedule or specific technical focus, we offer private sessions at **Mt. Trashmore**. These are highly individualized audits designed to address specific goals:

  • Biomechanical Restoration: Focus on joint mobility, flexibility, and functional strength.
  • Tactical Self-Protection: Concentrated study on high-probability defensive scenarios.
  • Traditional Deep-Dive: Advanced Kata analysis and Bunkai diagnostics.
  • Semi-Private: Group-specific training for 2-4 practitioners.

03. Technical Affiliation

National Karate Jujutsu Federation

Our syllabus is anchored to the technical standards of the NKJF. This ensures that every practitioner is measured against a rigorous, nationally recognized lineage for both empty-hand and Kobudo weaponry.

Self-Defense Workshops

High-intensity, objective-based seminars for corporate or community groups focusing on immediate defensive agency and tactical awareness.

Phase 04: External Integration
